1) In order to ensure the quality of the grinding process and reduce the working hours, clear requirements should be put forward for the surface roughness of the previous grinding process or electrical machining mold parts;
2) Re-grinding stage (coarse grinding or fine grinding stage) grinding defects (such as pinholes, pits, orange peel) occur in a certain process, if the grinding continues, the defects will not be eliminated, so you should stop grinding and use it instead Grinding with coarse No. 1 whetstone or sandpaper, after removing the defect, can continue grinding in the next process;
3) If there are thick scratches, you can't just polish the part. Otherwise there will be pits: it should be completely trimmed to remove the pits;
4) Pay attention to evenly sanding the parts that are easy to sand and not easy to sand;
5) It is advisable to use electric tools when grinding small parts, slots, small holes, etc. of mold working parts;
6) The final grinding pattern should be consistent with the demoulding direction of the plastic.
